Protecting your Data
Offsite back up storage is an essential safeguard for all companies irrespective of size. Without such back ups, companies are leaving themselves unnecessarily vulnerable.
All tapes, hard drives and other types of magnetic media are placed in our purpose built, fire proof data security cabinets. These are designed to withstand temperatures of 1000 C for 2 hrs with a 5 hour cool down period. These cabinets meet the strict standards required by most Insurance companies (VDMA 24991 S 120 DIS).
Security is backed up by a remotely monitored Red Care alarm system, CCTV, night security and the sheer strength of the cabinet (designed in the event of a fire to withstand building collapse).
Tapes are transported to and from our cabinets in military style water and crush proof cases.
